Before submitting a service request the following must first be checked:

Power supply is switched on & fully functional
Power cable is free of all moving parts
Electricity supply is adequate to run the unit
The condenser is clear & clean of all blockages & dust
No items have been placed around the unit restricting airflow
The unit is not installed too close to a wall restricting airflow
The unit is not overstocked & is properly packed to allow for adequate airflow movement
The unit is Manufactured by Staycold – has a rating label as shown bellow – for any other units please contact your signal Hill representative directly.
